Inspired by the individual transport prototypes of the 1860s, this Mechanical monoroue is a miniature engineering feat. It is based on a fascinating physical principle: a moving outer element that revolves around a fixed central mechanism. This model celebrates aesthetics Steampunk exposing the complexity of its gears, imitating the operation of a true steam machine.

Performance and dual operating mode

Unlike static models, the Monoroue is designed for movement thanks to its high-performance elastic motor:

• Stability mode (lock feet): The model runs straight for a distance of 1.5 to 2 meters. Once the kinetic energy is exhausted, the wheel performs a control tilt to stop with elegance.
• Distance mode (feet unlocked): In this configuration, the Monoroue can travel up to 5 metres. The mechanism retracts the feet inside to maximize inertia.
• Robust structure: Although lightweight, the design allows for use on hard or semi-hard surfaces.
