At each shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including the details of your order and the tracking number of your parcel.

I haven't received my package yet: what to do?

First, check out the package tracking on the site.

To do so, you must have the tracking number that the sender must be able to communicate to you.

You should have received a confirmation email following your order. If you think you haven't received it, check your spam as well.
