Broken pieces

We will call "A" the toothpick that is stuck.

  • Take a toothpick and cut into one end so as to have a flat, unpointed end. We will call this tooth cure "B".
  • Using the tool part provided in the kit, push "B" into the mechanism so that "A" starts to come out on the other side.
  • As soon as "A" starts to come out, stop pushing "B".
  • Using a clamp, pull the exit end of "A" to extract.

Contact us at info@ugears-models.ch with your contact details, the part number, the name of the model, and the source of the model (which site or shop).

Payment

Our shop is updated in real time and therefore, as soon as the product is in stock, it is immediately available.

We offer various means of payment, if the chosen method of payment is not suitable, we invite you to select another one. We remind you that our means of payment do not require account creation.

A link allowing you to see the tracking of your parcel has been sent to you, it contains the number of your parcel and its tracking.

Mix your parcel number and contact the carrier as soon as possible.

Other

Yes, you can paint them. We recommend using watercolor or gouache. You can use acrylic paints, but a thick layer can interfere with the operation of the gears.
