Tyrannosaurus Rex 249 Pcs - Bipedal Walking Dinosaur Mechanical 3D Puzzle

Tyrannosaurus Rex by Ugears - Bipedal Walking Mechanical Dinosaur Automaton

Ugears introduces its premier predatory dinosaur automaton with the most feared beast of prehistoric history: the Tyrannosaurus Rex. This 249-piece mechanical 3D wooden puzzle represents an engineering milestone as the first bipedal walking model in the Ugears collection. Recreating the Cretaceous predator in motion, it pairs lifelike kinetics with fine woodwork.

Bipedal Walking Kinematics & Dynamic Tail Balance

Its two-legged stride relies on a sophisticated system of counterweights and gears:

• Spring Motor Drive: A sturdy internal metal coil spring transmits energy through a reduction gear train to drive both hind legs into a rhythmic stride.
• Counterbalanced Tail Sway: An eccentric gear linkage synchronizes tail sways with leg movements, ensuring dynamic stability just like the real apex hunter.
• Articulated Leg Linkages: Stepped pivot joints realistically simulate the terrifying, predatory gait of the tyrant lizard king.

A Tribute to the Ultimate Cretaceous Predator

Captures the raw physical presence of the ancient giant in sustainable birch wood:

• Skeletal Architecture: Open wooden paneling highlights the intricate assembly of articulated joints and drive linkages.
• Laser Precision Cuts: Every component is cut with high tolerances to ensure smooth, unhindered mechanical walking cycles.
• Palatable Prehistoric Build: An absorbing challenge for paleontology buffs and mechanical enthusiasts alike.
