Mechanical Safe - 3D Wooden Vault with Combination Lock

Mechanical Safe by Ugears - 3D Wooden Vault with Working Combination Lock

Step into the shoes of a certified master locksmith with the Mechanical Safe by Ugears. Far from a simple decorative storage box, this functional wooden vault features an authentic 3-digit combination dial mechanism. Protect private notes or gift a challenge that requires solving the secret code to open.

Real Mechanical Security Architecture

Explore the intricate inner workings of mechanical vaults:

• Working 3-Digit Code: Program your unique combination during assembly. The safe unlocks strictly when following the precise dial sequence (turn right, left, right).
• Open Mechanical Learning: Clever open-frame cutouts let you watch drive pins and tumblers align behind the door as you rotate the front dial.
• Acoustic Safe Cracking: Try your hand at cracking your own vault by ear, listening closely to the clicks of the internal gears as explained in the builder's guide.

More Than a Puzzle: An Interactive Challenge

Enjoy the dual thrill of building and operating your own personal bank vault:

• Enigma Gift Box: Hide a surprise gift or secret voucher inside and hand it locked to a friend to see if they can crack the code.
• Desktop Valuables Vault: Safeguard jewelry, spare cash, or personal keepsakes away from curious eyes on your office desk.
• Glue-Free Engineering: Precision laser-cut parts fit securely without adhesives. An illustrated guide ensures a smooth, satisfying build.
